SMS Consent & Opt-In Policy

Overview
GetReFlow LLC ("GetReFlow") is a business automation platform that enables small businesses to send automated SMS follow-up messages to leads who submit inquiries through web forms. We are committed to responsible messaging practices and only send SMS to individuals who have provided their consent.
How Consent Is Collected
Consent is collected through web-based inquiry forms operated by the businesses that use our platform. These forms are hosted on third-party form providers such as Typeform, JotForm, Google Forms, or the business's own website contact form.
When a prospective customer (lead) voluntarily fills out an inquiry form and provides their phone number, they consent to receive an automated SMS response related to their inquiry. The forms include the following consent disclosure:
"By submitting this form with your phone number, you consent to receive a one-time automated text message from [Business Name] in response to your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. View our Privacy Policy for more information."
Businesses using GetReFlow are required to include SMS consent language on any form that collects phone numbers for automated follow-up.
What Messages Are Sent
- Type: Transactional — a direct response to an inquiry submitted by the recipient
- Content: A brief follow-up acknowledging the inquiry and offering to schedule a call or provide more information
- Frequency: Typically 1 message per inquiry
- Sender: A toll-free number provisioned to the business via GetReFlow
Sample Message
"Hi Sarah! This is ABC Realty. We received your inquiry and would love to help you find your perfect home. Are you free for a quick call today? Reply YES and I'll reach out! Reply STOP to opt out."
How to Opt Out
Recipients can opt out of SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any message received from us
- Replying HELP for assistance
- Contacting us at hello@getreflow.com
Once a recipient replies STOP, no further messages will be sent to that phone number.
Phone Number Use & Sharing
- Phone numbers are used only to send the consented SMS response
- Phone numbers are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing
- Phone numbers are shared only with Telnyx (our SMS delivery provider) for the sole purpose of message delivery
- No marketing, promotional, or recurring campaign messages are sent
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. GetReFlow is not responsible for any charges incurred from receiving SMS messages.
